He is the best doc I have ever been too

I was a patient there for a while. Then I was diagnosed with cancer. After fighting cancer a few months later I tried to refill one of my prescriptions (omeprazole). The rudest and most uncaring person says “you are no longer a patient here, so we won’t be refilling any prescriptions for you”. Now I’m forced to find another primary care doctor. This office is the worst and most unprofessional office I have ever dealt with

If I can give negative stars I will this place has no consideration for his patients and his staff was completely insulting and unprofessional. They treated my father and my Mother Horribly. He has dementia and was injured last week. He came in for a hospital follow up to remove his stitches. He has gone to him a couple of times but apparently his insurance needed to be updated. We were not informed in advance this needed to be done but it was ok.. So the front staff told my mother to call their insurance and update it so they can be seen that day. When she returned with the updated information apparently his window to see the doctors was over. They said he only spends 15 min per patient so they couldn't see him that day. My mother asked what are we suppose to do with the stitches, they told him go to the hospital ER. Why send unnecessary patients to the already crowded Emergency room and treat it like a doctors office when they could have seen him when he was already there and was… only 5 minutes pass his appointment. They have no patient care what so ever. I will spread the word to everyone I know to never go to this doctor. His staff and manager are horrible. I work for Steward medical closely with all management and will be calling all of them. I will also be reporting him to the medical board. This is an unacceptable way to treat the elderly. I will be going to every staff member in steward to never go to see him. Never send any of their family members because the staff does not care about patients only policy. Apparently the Doctor can only see a patient every 15 minutes. God forbid if you’re really sick they will not help you. Very disappointed with this office.

Dr. Stigliano is a wonderful physician. His staff deserves zero stars - they phoned me on Friday morning to tell me that my test results came back positive for cancer. They gave me no other information other than that I have cancer, and told me that they would send a referral to a specialist on mid-day on Monday. Needless to say, the worry and grief that caused is beyond words. His staff has no compassion or caring - they are monstrous.

Dr. Randy is an excellent physician who takes the time to listen; he pays attention to what is important to you. Dr. Randy keeps up with current trends and always gives you his honest opinion. If it’s bad news,,he will help talk to you and educate you on said subject. I am so lucky to have had such a wonderful doctor for so many years.
