Staff and Doctor were great

Dr. Baculi and his entire staff have been amazing. I have had migraines for most of my life with no relief but somehow they are finding medications that are helping. They have taken so much time with me along this journey and I am so very grateful!

Had a bad first experience. We were made to wait over an hour with no explanation and no one checking on us. When I asked if we were going to be seen, he told me I was rude to his staff. He was blunt and rude to my mother who was worried about the effects from a stroke. We left not feeling very reassured, but decided a year and a half later to try him again. Maybe it was just a bad day for all of us involved. Made the appointment a month in advance, filled out paperwork, got vitals checked and then was informed by a member of his staff that he would not see us and we should get another referral from our PCP. No reason given. An afternoon wasted for me and more stress added to my already frail mother.

Dr. Baculi is one of the most nicest, attentive and caring doctors I've ever been to. He actually listens and answers any and all questions the patient may have.

DR BACULI IS THE MOST DISRESPECTFUL DOCTOR I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE, HE HAS ABSOLUTELY NO BEDSIDE MANNER OR COURTESY. HE DOES NOT LISTEN TO ANYTHING YOU SAY AND TREATED ME AS IF I WAS LYING ABOUT MY HEALTH. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR TO ANYONE, I WORK IN THE MEDICAL FIELD AND EXPECT BETTER TREATMENT THEN WHAT I RECEIVED!!!!!!
