She was quick and curt. Also do not recommend for IUD placement - she was crystal clear she would not offer any type of pain management (e.g., paracervical block) unless absolutely needed (and even then it sounded like it would be her call only, not the patient's, and would have to be under dire straits). Find another provider if empathy matters to you!

I find Dr. Turkewitz to be vary caring and always takes time to listen to any concern I may have.

Dr. Turkewitz became my doctor after I had been rushed to the ER with a ruptured ectopic pregnancy. She was confident, professional, and courteous. She put me at ease with her calming demeanor. I will be seeing her for as long as possible.

No call back on test results

By far the worse doctor I have ever been to in my life. She acted like it was torture to be in the room with me. I went for a pain issue but also brought up that I was gaining weight for no known reason. She told me to buy a Fitbit. I still can't believe that was her response. What kind of doctor says such a thing? I could have a hormonal issue going on and she tells me to buy a Fitbit. I now have to see another doctor and hopefully get help with my issues. Do not see this doctor!

Definitely my least favorite practitioner in the practice. She is short, abrupt and doesn't seem to care about the patient as a whole. She didn't bother to take the time to inform me of the blood work I needed and I knew nothing about it until I got to the checkout and the receptionist gave me the script. I would not recommend her.

Fantastic doctor! Took steps above and beyond what others' in the same pratice did airing on the side of caution. Informational, empathetic and invested.
