Dr. Randolph Joseph Betts, MD

Dr. Betts treats you like you were his only patient. Since 2002 he had kept me in better health from the first time I saw him with High BP snd type 2 diabetes. Move but he is still my Doctor. Very proud to ssy so

Doctor randolph is a great doctor. With great experience. And is Very friendly

He takes his time & listens to everyone of my concerns. Explains everything & his staff is very friendly.

when you get two different out comes from your Dr. who reads your blood test results, one is so so and the other is not from a current blood test its time to change Dr. that is the same blood he readed on two different Dr. visit.

Nicest bunch of people you will ever meet

Sufficiently Vague setup at unprofessional local office .. maybe their motto could be "Go away and Die !! " they avoid phone calls and always on hold or not answering. persons not there .. on vacation.. or at 2 hour lunches .. all the staff should work at a different occupation ... maybe making milk shakes at Knotts Berry farm.... if you need to see Jesus/ asap...then go to this office because your wait will be longer than getting a home improvement loan at the local train station ..., also wear clean under wear and bring a shaving kit for your wait time ...maybe you'll be waiting next to a leaper with blue freckles, like the patient sitting next to you in a 1932 narrow cement chair in the waiting room... !! OK... we made you laugh a bit . ...but really terrible service .. its your health at state and they need to step up the game with a more Efficient setup .....too overbooked !!! but we might send our horse there ...or better still ..be careful of the floor trap door… in the waiting room it opens and sends you on a slide over to the local burger king kitchen for further processing .. " Amen

Worst Dr ever. The entire office and staff are unprofessional. Always a wait and the waiting room is so uncomfortable, sitting inches away from others who are sick. Dr Betts never listens which makes it very hard to diagnose. His daughter who tries to run the office is a joke.

My mother and aunt used this guy, and later his daughter. This guy is in it only for the money. He seems to prey on old people, so if you love your elderly relatives, find them another doctor! They will wait helplessly for 2 or 3 hours since he overbooks by many many people. It's all about the cash or medicaid for this guy. One time when I complained to the to whoever answered his office phone, SHE HUNG UP ON ME. When I complained to the doc about his office staff's outrageous behavior, he said, "Oh, maybe she was getting her period that day." WHAT the heck?! Really? Don't use this guy. He's a fraud.

Staff does not greet patients and walk in to a waiting room with a closed glass window just a sign in sheet wait time 2 hours and when the receptionist finally opened the Glass window it was to collect a copay,and I reminded the receptionist that on preventative care well woman visits there is no copay Doctor Betts did not seem to understand the reason for my visit so I had to remind him I was in for my annual well woman referral for mammogram and flu shot He nor his staff thought flu shot would be covered and I was advised that the request for a flu shot was pending approval from Carrier and that I would need to come back another day so I called Anthem myself they confirmed that no approval required or necessary the flu shot is covered At no Out of pocket cost to me because this is preventative care The staff and doctor Betts still Said they will not provide flu shot because I am a healthy 51 year old woman and there is a shortage on flu vaccine so I had to take more time out of my… schedule to.Travel to CVS Pharmacy who promptly verified the flu shot covered at no out of pocket cost the flu shot was administered and CVS Pharmacy billed my Carrier In addition to lack of knowledge of doctor Betts staff were extremely rude and discourteous when I brought to their attention that flu shots and preventative care visits are covered with no out of pocket cost on all plans under the new healthcare laws and as physicians they need to keep up with the changes in their medical field I will not be going back nor would I recommend these physicians to anyone else wanting good medical care
