Dr. Randolph Bernard Russo, MD

Dr Russo is an amazing doctor! I really like the way he speaks to me. He takes the time to explain things in a way that I understand. He is a super nice guy all around. His nurse on the other hand could be a lot nicer, she wasn't friendly and even got short with me. She stood in the doorway while I was getting dressed and ready to leave, as though I wasn't hurrying up fast enough. I cracked a joke to try and lighten her mood but she didn't even smile. Adding to this review after multiple visits with Dr. Russo. I still think he is a WONDERFUL doctor! I always have the same nurse (or what ever her title is). She always comes across cold. She acts as though I don't move fast enough, like I am an inconvenience to her. I am in my mid 40s but I move pretty slow. I can only imagine how she makes the elderly feel. I truly hope she learns compassion soon because I would hate to lose such a wonderful doctor because his nurse has absolutely no bedside manners. A little compassion goes a long… way.

The staff were all helpful and pleasant. Dr Russo had a great bedside manner. He talked to me about my pain and addressed my concerns and questions. He explained procedure as he was performing it. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally. The whole experience much better than I had anticipated Five stars!!

Dr Russo was very nice and seemed very concerned about the pain I am in and sent through a request to consult with a surgeon right away and I heard from OAM the next day to set up an appointment.

Dr Russo is not just a great Doctor he’s a wonderful person! He’s the best Doctor I’ve ever met, he makes you feel comfortable, he’s pleasant to speak with and is very thorough in his examination! Always has a smile on his face, treats you like an individual , not a number and doesn’t rush you!
