Dr. Randolph Fritz Scott

I have been lucky to have Dr. Scott as my PCP for many years. I relocated with my company and found him when I first arrived in Tucson. I am starting my 13th year here and all of those years I have seen Dr. Scott. He is attentive. He listens. He laughs with me. He is a teacher; a passion of mine! He models the behaviors when dealing with patients that a student needs to emulate. If the student observes and repeats the behavior's Dr. Scott exhibited they will be successful.

Dr. Scott is so attentive and truly cares about my needs. He does not rush me through as if I am just a number. I love him as my primary care doctor.

A Great Family Doctor With Lots Of Experience!

Never actually saw the doctor upon arrival I was accosted by one of the rudest malcontents I've ever met, Laurie. I was immediately shammed and told I was a half hour late even though the appointment was at 830 and I arrived at 835. I didn't have a physical copy of my insurance card just one my insurance had emailed to me. I offered to email it to they she told me THEY DIDN'T HAVE EMAIL... even though I was staring at a business card with an email address on it. I offered to fax (I have efax) she said they had no fax. I offered to drive home and get it as I lived only 5 mins away. She told me I needed to reschedule. I left. I'm sure the doctor is great but his staff left a lot to be desired.

Dr. Scott is very compassionate and understanding. He takes time to listen to what issues you are having and then diagnosis them. He is easy to talk to and helps his patients understand what is going on with them. He provides patients with education and ways to learn about their diagnosis. He is also great at manipulating your back or neck when they are out of alignment. I highly recommend him.
