Extremely difficult office staff

Charged $371.50 to Medicare to renew a prescription during a 4.5 minute consultation.

Awful experience. Went for 2 years and got shots. Never noticed a difference in my allergies. The secretary was SO pushy with bills even though I paid something every time I went in. She even stopped me on elevator and said if I didn't pay more they'd not give me shots anymore. Rude and unprofessional staff. We always are paying customers and she made us feel like garbage. My husband and I both quit this scam of a program and will not be returning. Go to billings or anywhere else.

a wonderful doctor that is exceptionally intelligent! He is a doctor for the right reason, HE CARES!!! Dr. Folker does not blow smoke which is very important to me, I'm not in the habit of paying for some one to tell me a fairytale.... I want the truth and he does this in a caring manner. he understands!!!

Takes his time with you, and explains things clearly. Very personable. His staff is the same way. Pleasure to call him my Doctor.

The doctor was completely disconnected from me, my medical issue and questions. He was completely "robotic" in his mannerism and consultation discussion. Outwardly cold and insensitive attitude. Think the room temperature dropped 30 degrees when he walked in. Kept repeating that they would provide a packet of information with my treatment options and instruction by the nurse on how to do a sinus irrigation. I shutter to think ever having this person do surgery on me. It would be like having Lucifer himself looking over you with a scalpel and stethoscope. Look elsewhere for a doctor who cares about his patients............and his own career.

I've lived most of my 48 years with major sinus issues. Dr. Folker has worked with me for the past year to fix this once and for all. We tried everything and he finally did surgery which has been amazing. Thank you Dr. Folker!

This doctor helped my family, not only myself but also my son. I actually appreciated his demeanor, I found him very knowledgeable and felt he really cared about making my family healthier. I would suggest anyone with a ear nose and throat problem should see Dr. Folker.

Just moving to the area we were in need of an ENT doctor, I found this doctor and was very satisfied, thats what surprised me reading the neg things written here about this dr. I dont have anything but positive things to say, he is very smart and knew exactually what to do for my self and my 2 children. Our allergies felt out of control in this area and now we are feeling so much better. If you are struggling with allergies make an appt with Dr. Folker he will help!

My son had been sick for so long, we were referred to this doctor and were very satisfied. Not only did he treat our son, but his quality of life has improved 100%!!!!
