Good doctor, and responsive to my health concerns. As healthcare changes, it is great to be able to see a doctor in a pleasant office. Instead of packed offices in large facilities, where doctors aren't able to give time to their patients.

I am appalled at the way I have been treated...January of 2015 I had acute bronchitis...very ill and the staff would not let me see him until I paid the medicare deductible of $147.00. Anthony assured me if he was incorrect in collecting the money,he would send me a refund. I was not allowed to see the Dr. unless I paid upfront,although I was so ill. In May,the Insurance company(secondary) informed me the deductible had been credited toward anotherr Doctor earlier in January,thereby earning me a credit from Dr. Kiewe.Although Dr. Kiewe's office knew about the refund due,they never processed it. I still haven't recived my refund after 2 weeks and 4 phonically.I have been waiting 4 days so far for Dr. Kiewe to return my call. Money is,evidently more important than people.

Dr Kiewe has been my doctor for many years from when he was in Great Neck--I like him a lot as a person--he's a very likable person and willing to work with you to figure out best solution to your health needs. He's open minded about alternative medicine no rolling eyes--and treats his patients with respect--he is very busy so sometimes you do feel rushed but he will never leave the room when you really need to talk to him--he also is reassuring when he needs to be--and conscientious about sending you to appropriate specialist to be thorough. The counter staff is GREAT and his nurse practioners have all been very helpful.

I thank God I don't have a serious illness but if I do, I'll go to him.

Unprofessional Doctor and Staff. More interested in making money than in patientâ??s health. Heard Doctor refer to his patients as dogs that must be kept on a leash

Dr. Kiewe is a traditional doctor, but unlike many, he is open minded to a treatment that may be preferred for a particular patient, while at the same time making sure he's tested and covered the bases in terms of diagnoses. In this way, he's very easy to talk to, and doesn't patronize the patient, but listens carefully. He's a genuine honest person, and he refers to very qualified doctors he trusts.
