Receptionist was rude and the office lost my appointment, normally I would have thought it was me but my wife was on the phone with me because they needed my insurance info and I didn’t have my card with me. I got to the office at the appointed time and they said they had no record of the appointment. They told me they could not accommodate and I would have to come back some other time. There were no patients in the reception area. I would not go there based on the receptionist alone.

Doctor was professional and thorough but unfortunately his staff lack the professionalism and care that he has. Twice I have had emergencies that need immediate attention and twice they refused to ‘ fit me in’ instead told me to go to ER. I was then placed on antibiotics so I had to cancel appt. With doctor. Today I called for emergency appointment due to UTI again. Receptionist Amir told me once again to go to ER and could only give me appt a week from now. I explained I have pain, blood and overall malaise, still nothing. My husband called and she told him same but mentioned how I had cancelled in the past . Is this why she is failing to treat me properly in an emergency? Horrible! I was referred to this doctor by another trusted doctor and friend to which I will communicate my disappointment. I can only hope Dr. Makovsky is aware of his staff’s conduct with existing patients.

Dr. Markovsky is an excellent physician with a specialty in Urology. he is a very warm, friendly and caring clinician, who is possessed with great knowledge and intellect, and I feel extremely pleased to be his patient. I was greatly impressed with Dr. Markovsky, his staff and his well equipped office.

In my opinion he is an excellent Doctor. When I had a medical emergency in his field of specialization, since he was already there catching up on paper work, he had me come over even though it was after h ours and he took care of me.

Dr. Makovsky has unique qualities of a great Dr. He listened to my complain, understood my fears and anxiety associate with my condition, and offer solution and reassurance to calm me and solve the problem. He is professional and compassionate. took his time to preform the best most comfortable procedure, and follow up with the results. I highly recommend him.

Wonderful doctor, kind and caring. He cured me of frequent UTI's where other doctors were unable to help. Would definitely recommend him to others.
