Dr. Randy Gordon Raetz, DDS

I HATE THE DENTIST- But I had the greatest experience here at Dr. Raetz’s. I will never go to another dentist again.

If you value your teeth don't go to this dentist. Check your dental bills as he bills for services that are not necessarily performed or manipulates the codes. He is shady. The office is dirty and the rugs in waiting area are stained. He kept calling me hon and buddy. I wanted to smack him. He talks way too fast, always in a hurry and never listens to the concerns. I also overheard some of the dental techs talking about a patient one day who had come in on an emergency basis. They were talking about this person and that she did not have insurance.

I was very happy with my visit they were kind and friendly and told me how I should do to keep a healthy teeth. I will keep going here for my cleanup .

Randy and his Team are the best. I have my whole family going to his office. We love him. I can't say enough great words about him and his whole office. The Best! #1.

Dr. Randy talks way too fast, always in a hurry and doesn't really listen. I believe the quality of his work is good, but his office is all about self-promotion. On the monitor scrolls comments about himself. Spend less time patting yourself on the back and more time with your patients.

I went to Dr. Raetz for the first time last week, and I had made an emergency dental appointment and they ended up fitting me in for a cleaning and a full work up.

Talks too fast...always in a hurry. Nice man, but I do feel rushed and that it can be difficult to ask questions.

Excellent dental office. From the nice lady at the front desk, to my hygienist to Dr. Raetz himself, nothing but great things to say. I am a fearful patient, and they all put me totally at ease. I am so happy I found their office. They were very excellent with my children as well.

Can't love Dr. Raetz and his staff more! I used to have terrible dentist anxiety, and didn't want my daughter to have to endure all the horrible experiences I had had with other dentists. The office is child and family friendly, relaxing and fear isn't even a thought in my mind when I visit!
