New Doctor Been waiting for this appointment for some time now, arrived at the office and the receptionist takes my medical card and ID, only to find out they do not accept PPO plans. This information could’ve been given when I initially called in to schedule the appointment a month prior. very very poor service. but to be expected Amerikkka

Argued with me about health needs, dropped me as a patient.

She's an amazing doctor! I was extremely sick one day and I walked in without making an appointment. She was very personable and kind towards me. Also, her staff are very friendly and make me feel at ease. I often times go to this doctor now and I feel comfortable with her because she's extremely nice and experienced in her profession. She's also known as one of the most professional and nicest doctors in the Natomas area. I would strongly recommend her to everyone!

I had been seeing Dr. B for about 10 years. I liked the idea of seeing someone in private practice rather than supporting the bigger hospitals, etc. I was a rather low maintenance patient since I saw her mainly for annual physicals. I never get flu shots or vaccines; I am fortunately a well person. Recently I left her a couple of messages to call me; her staff returned one call--never the doctor. My final message was if she doesnâ??t call me (it would have been a quick call) then I will seek other medical care. I did not get a call. The good news is I will no longer have to pay 25 cents a page for my own blood work results since she will not fax or scan them to me. I had to go to her office and pay for a copy which I found absurd but I did it. Since I have not gotten the return call TWICE I have found another doctor. I thought Iâ??d get more personalized service from a private practice doctor. I was wrong and am very disappointed since I think she is a good doctor.

She don't take time to listen and don't let you expliened your problem

This is the most rude, uncaring, and mean doctor i have ever met. Dr. Bokari's staff is even rude. The receptionist is short and the medical asst. must be a relative. The only person that is also probably related that is not rude is the referral person Sadi. My first visit to the office i showed up a little early to fill paper work out. When M.A. checked BP it was soo high she stated it would be checked again before i left it was not. i was given more medication and sent on my way. I tried to explain i had heart problems she didnt want to hear it. Dr. Bokari that is, she continued to say what she was not going to prescribe me pain pills??? huh!!!! I left in tears never picking up presciptions until dys later. i suffer from bipolar. The next visit she is faking smiles and laughter in front of PA she is training then sends her out of room. She comes to herself and ridicule me for needing to see cardiologist after i tried to explain in first visit three weeks prior. Save your own life… dont go here. if you want to live and put your life and your health in your doctors hands dont go to this office. I could have died.

NO, I would NOT recommend this Doctor to anybody. Best said, just stay away!

I have been seeing Dr. B for probably close to 10 years. I am so happy I found her. She is extremely thorough, patient and competent. She runs on schedule, her staff processes all the insurance work accurately and she takes her time to answer all my questions. Her diagnosis of any issues I've had have always been exact. If I need any Rx's they call them in to the pharmacy immediately. She is never in a rush to leave the room; she takes her time and asks many questions. I highly recommend this skilled medical professional.

Dr. Bokhari is not only a good doctor but also very caring, friendly and fun. I always enjoy visits at her office, her staff is VERY nice and caring. Office is very beautiful and always clean and quiet. Its very easy to get an appointment with her and i never have to wait more than 10 minute before she sees me. She always replyies to all my messages the same day. She has been my doctor for 5 years now and i would highly recommend her!!!
