Very compassionate and understanding. She always remembers all the details of my case from one appointment to the next. Takes the time to answer all of my questions and explain treatments in detail. Dr. Joseph has an impressive level of knowledge and is even able to discuss procedures that are not offered in detail. She is warm and friendly and kind. She is definitely a top caliber provider.

She was very quick to get my 1st appt. She was very concerned with not just treating my pain and other issues but for coming up with a permanent solution instead of the same old treatment I had been receiving. Her office always followed up with my visits just to check on me. If you need help and want to solve the problem this is whom I would recommend

Dr. Joseph is very condescending and impatient when asked any questions. She does not explain the procedures or what to expect after. She actually scolded me like I was 5 years old, yet I am an extremely compliant patient. She is not an anesthesiologist, nor does she appear to be certified in pain management, which concerns me due to the invasive procedures she does.
