Dr. Ratna Karuna Bitra, MD

I went in to talk to her about a diagnosis I received of M.S. I told them that is what I wanted to talk to her about when I made the appointment over the phone. I told them I had an MRI that I wanted them to look at. When I went in for the appointment they took my $50 copay and then did not even bother to look at the MRI, would not talk to me about my previous diagnosis or anything. The diagnosis was made by a doctor that they referred me to, then I was re-refered back to dr bites for further treatment. All doctors got their money, I got jack! Still in pain, have more questions then answers and no help from no one at this office. STAY AWAY!

I really liked Dr. Bitra .. she knows her material, is very thorough, and follows up with great care. Yes, she has an accent, but just ask her to repeat the phrase or words. She is happy to do so. I really appreciate her care, diligence, and expertise. So happy she is taking great care of me!
