Dr. Rattandeep Singh, MD

This office canceled my appointment without informing me. This is some of the most unprofessional behavior I have seen in a while. I am a long-term patient and the recent mistreatment and unprofessionalism has been beyond ridiculous and totally unacceptable. Most of the friendly staff have left the practice. There are only about 2 people remaining who are helpful and friendly. I spent money for paperwork to be completed by the office and faxed only for them to NOT send it. Another incident occurred, where the office staff called me to ask me something they should have asked their colleagues. There seems to be a lot of incompetence, laziness, confusion, unprofessionalism, and downright rudeness. No one should be treated in this manner. The doctor canceled my appointment because I had concerns regarding the level of care I was receiving. No doctor should prescribe medication without throughly reviewing the patient's medication list. This doctor failed to do that. If a doctor can't… exhibit due diligence, then the doctor should not be caring for that patient or any other patient.

Dr Singh has been treating my Lupus for over 10 years with great results. He is a caring and compassionate Dr who listens. However, his staff is horrible to get on the phone. If you're there, they do well, but getting anything between visits is difficult!

Always feel welcomed, after a brief time away, I came back to the same smiles . Thanks you all Dr Singh is very kind, and is an excellent physician.

Dr. SINGH is an excellent physician. My issue is with front office staff. They return calls only sporadically. It is like pulling teeth to get questions answered or appointments scheduled. Unfortunately, because of frustration with the staff, I have had to secure a new rheumatologist.

I think that Dr Singh and Vanessa both are awesome. I just found out that Vanessa moved away and that makes me really sad since I saw her a lot also. They are the only ones that could get my rheumatoid under control and sympathized with me during a very difficult time in my life. The office staff is great too!

This must be a very small practice because I was put on hold for about 5 minutes when I said I wanted to make an appointment. I finally hung up.

Been a patient of Dr. Singh's for over 13 years and the past two have been just awful as it pertains to treatment from front desk individual. In the past, staff created a very warm and caring environment now attitude is rude and condescending. No problem w/Dr. Singh and PA, just this person whom of late treats me most disrespectfully.

I have been seeing Dr. Singh for over 10 years since moving to Atlanta.I cannot say enough about how much he takes the time to listen to you and how your symtoms affect your lifestyle & work.He also trys the less evasive treatments first. His staff is also wonderful. They treat you like family.Needless to say I highly recommend Dr.Singh!!

Dr Singh is a wonderful Doctor. I have been seeing him for about 8 years for Lupus. He always has time to sit down and discuss any problem that I may be having. He is easy to contact with any problems that I may have after hours also.
