Dr. Alonso was friendly and professional. However, their billing office is atrocious. They enjoy milking the insurance companies, even for filing paperwork on a date that the patient does even have a visit. Shady and unethical on behalf of the billing department. Please be advised that you might get a ridiculous bill 6 months or more after your last visit, for "coinsurance".

This office is guilty of balance billing. That is unfortunate because the doctor is patient and kind. We do not recommend this office.

The staff Amparo who is the front lady is very rude and nasty with patients she should get fired she is making the office look really bad she has no skills on how to be professional with patients besides that the office is very disorganized. And this is not the first bad review about her

Amazing Dr and staff! From the moment I called to schedule my husband’s appointment, the receptionist was so friendly and patient. Dr. Alonso was down to earth, a great listener, and actually cares about his patients. Great first visit all around.
