Best Dr. My wife and I have ever been to. Always takes time to listen to all your concerns and explains things in an easy to understand manner.

So sad. My wife and I were patients. When he was at his old office he was great. You had to push a bit to get any kind of tests, but overall - it was good because he spent time with you. Sadly. That's over now. Horrible experience with even more horrific staff. We made the stupid choice of following the doctor from Tenet Health... that should have been the first clue. He had a good practice, why leave? The staff is horrific. We had an appointment for 1:30... we show up before 1:30 and keep our appointment... then they start making up excuse after excuse about trying to reach us, or blood work. All nonsense. At one point they said they wanted the blood work BEFORE the visit. Mind you, this is a wellness visit! So... how does he know which blood work to order based on whatever issues there are or aren't to discuss? Mind you, he ALWAYS did the blood work AFTER the visit. Even the medical group corporate person I spoke with said the blood work is after. Just save your time… and your effort. Find a different doctor. I can say, with ALL certainty, this is not where you want to be. Furthermore, they have a staff with about six or MORE people in the office... sitting around, doing a lot of nothing. And the ones that are there are beyond rude and nasty. Had a good run with Dr. Perez. But that's over. I know it's hard to find a doctor these days. But... sadly, it's time.

no complaints, very professional, attention to details, follows family history...only problem is he has to deal with all the idiots who live in boca raton that only write reviews online, yet have no clue.... since I work in the area I understand how difficult these transplants from NY are to deal with....

This is a young Dr that thinks he can get all his patients off medication. I took my mom to him and he refused to give her sleeping medications that she has taken for over 30 YEARSl sleeping she is 86 years and she has not gotten a good nights sleep for the last six months. That is a Dr that thinks he is doing the right thing may be for someone in there 20 or 30 years if you are Senior do not go to this Dr. he thinks his doing a good thing like GOD.WELL HE IS NOT GOD.

I was very uncomfortable at this office. I do not speak or understand Spanish and that seems to be their preferred language.

Acts like he will help you, then ignores your calls and emails. Shouldn't treat anyone.

This has to be the worst medical office I have ever dealt with. I had to cancel my specialist appointment because the referral request was never done. The phone is never answered with a person, I have left many messages on the voice mail for the appointment desk as well as with the referral desk and a request to speak with the doctor, none of which have been returned. Because I can't get an appointment with the doctor or a referral to my specialist, I'm looking for another PCP.

Run and go see a different doctor. One who actually cares about his patients. With so many doctors out there, go find someone who may actually care about their patients well being.

He has become unreachable by phone and email portal. I even went to his office on Kimberly Blvd during regular business hours and they have the door locked and would not answer repeated knocks. If you can't be there for your patients you patients aren't going to be there for you.

When I call over the phone , I have to hang up and dial back 4-5 times or even try the next day . It goes to voicemail and no one is ever there to answer the calls . What is the point of having a mailbox or this “press number ____ to be transferred” and it goes straight to voicemail and no one answered. Very frustrating.
