He was not rushed and very detailed during my office visit. He listen to my symptoms and helped me with my pain. I have been seeing him for seven years. I would recommend him.

The office manager, Sue, was very rude and did not seem to care at all about the patients.. Will make sure everyone knows how bad this office is and will not send any patients to this office since they do not seem to want to help patients

The front staff was extremely rude and had no patient care skills.. Was told our appointment was cancelled because we did not return reminder call.. We were never informed that we needed to call them to confirm the appointment. I have never heard of such a policy. I work at a physicians office and we made reminder calls, but we do not expect the patient to call us back. That is just ridiculous to expect each patient to call back to confirm their appointment..Why do they have a 25 dollar no show policy if they just cancel your appointment if you do not call them back.. It makes no sense.. Do not got to see these doctors,they do not care about your health, just that their schedule is completely full so they can make money.. The front staff was so rude to my husband who is in severe pain and just looking for some help!! Again I say do not go to this practice, they do not care about the patient, they did not even offer to reschedule or apologize..
