Dr. Ravi Kumar Bajpai

Outstanding physician, due to illness when calling to schedule an appointment you can't see your physician the same day, and you may see see the NP. You are told go to go to Urgent care. I want to see my doctor not someone else.

I have been going to Dr Bajpai since IIRC, 2008, always very kind and listens. Reminds me of my hometown doctor we used before we moved out here. Will continue to go to him as long as I can!

He is a great Doctor I have been with him for years. I have multiple health issues and they are always a great help and address all my needs.

Outstanding care. Easy to talk to - he listens. Genuinely cares about me and my family.

Received a bill for 2 co-payments that I paid at time of service.

Excellent Doctor, really takes the time and look you in the eyes to discuss your medical needs and proper diagnosis.

Dr. Bajpai is amazing to work with and is very kind and patient to our residents and families. He spends time with them and listens. Prompt to needs and concerns we have and able to turn around things we need quick! I also have a family member that goes to Dr. Bajpai and she said he saved her life! Thanks for all you do Dr.!

Prima donna that has a cold, stiff personality. Thinks it's his way or the highway. Would not go back to him, or recommend him.

Terribly unprofessional, spends 5 minutes checking basic vitals and the rest of the time on small talk unrelated to health issues. Entire staff there is unprofessional and does not respond in a timely manner. Dr. Bajpai cut off life essential perscriptions without any warning because he hadn't seen me in a few months but he and his office made no effort in informing us that he needed to see me or even make contact with me before refusing to renew INSULIN perscription that I need to live. Then even after making an appointment he wouldn't refill it until after the appointment and then when showing up 5 minutes late when they usually are 20 minutes behind he tried to force us to wait over an hour and when that wouldn't fit into our schedule he still flat out refused to refill the perscriptions. Most unprofessional doctor and staff I have ever experienced and something should be done about them.

Dr Bajpai is a compassionate, caring doctor with a great bedside manner. However, his office staff is not what it should be for a professional's office. They seem uncaring, and always keep the sliding glass doors closed. I particularly dislike using their in-house blood lab. Dr Bajpai needs a good office manager.
