New call in refill system is a joke. Called over a dozen times. No answer. Tried every extension. No answer. Have to physically visit each month to refill prescription.

4 stars = The medicine prescribed is helpful in my ADL.. The staff are polite and professional.. 2-3 stars = The wait is better...yet the patient restroom in the lobby needs serious attention.. thank you:)

I hardly ever saw Doctor. K. It was usually only of his NP's. Which was fine. They were really nice and seemed to genuinely care. Doctor. K, whatever. Given I could also see a psychologist while there was wonderful. Someone to vent to was wonderful!

Worst office ever. They schedule way to many people at once and the wait time can easily be 30-90 minutes with an early morning appointment

I have been seeing Dr. K since I was a young man and he has always been very caring and interested in my case. He asks about my family members by name. I have always been treated with the utmost respect even when I was quite young.There are a couple of down points about the building itself. A coke machine has been out of service for so long that the bottles have collapsed. The bathroom is rarely in tip-top shape. I assume it's because the Guidance Center isn't a profit-making business. I would hate to see him go out of business. He is the only Dr. in the area that takes basically every kind of insurance and so has a very large patient list.
