Lakesha McLaurin is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who has 10 years of experience in the mental health field.Lakesha’s professional mission is to provide her clients with the best quality of care, support, and assistance in helping them achieve their therapeutic goals. She believes that working with clients to achieve their therapeutic goals and improve their daily living is the most vital part in achieving a healthy and fulfilled life. Lakesha completed her master's degree inClinical Mental Health atHenderson State University. She is a certifiedYouth Mental Health First Aid Instructor.Lakesha began her journey in the mental health field in 2011 working as a paraprofessional while studying for the National Counselor Exam. From there, she became a Licensed Associate Counselor working with adolescents in school-based therapy.
