Dr. Almukhtar serves on several dermatologic society committees including American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery (ASLMS), American Society of Dermatologic Surgery (ASDS) and Women's Dermatologic Society (WDS). She is also an active member of the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD). In her free time, Dr. Almukhtar enjoys spending time with family and friends, travel, and exploring new cultures and cuisines.
