1-7-2026 worst ever! Receptionist was extremely rude: ignoring me and berating me for not filling out paperwork properly. Dr. was unintelligible: spoke in whispers and said absolutely nothing helpful. In fact scared me re: my stroke and repercussions. Horrible experience and a waste of time and money. Do NOT go to this office!!!

After the visit the doctor refused to tell me what I could do to help my self but advised I seek care in asstant living. Said the condition of my nerve damage was bad and would get worse. Refuses to answer calls or set up appts with him or anyone that could help. I waited 3/4 weeks for this appt and now must wait till Nov to seek help with another.

He does not listen. He’s very rude. Made his diagnosis right away even without testing done. Just wasted my time seeing him.

Really nice doctor and took him time. He even has a sense of humor which helped pass time while getting an EMG.

Dr. Fernando is impatient, was not prepared for our consultation, insensitive to my mother's issues. I would never recommend him to anyone.

It is difficult to get an appointment and even after you get one the his office often calls to reschedule the appointment. I go to him to get my prescription for a condition I have and I have to call multiple times to get the paperwork sent in properly. He has never examined me. He will ask how I am and that is it. He is very happy to say that there are only 2 neurologists in town. The front desk does not have an answering machine so you can leave a message and they do not call to remind you of your appointments. Very poor service all around.

I have never felt so uncomfortable with a doctor in my life!!!! He doesnt treat u like a human being and its like he cant get out of the room fast enough. I have MS and epilepsy and i know more about my body and he doesnt wanna hear about it. Dr. Baker and the female neurologist I cant remember her name and she is the best and so is baker they are awesome and really care so my review is if u find yourself in the hospital and get admitted I would stay far away from fernando!!!!!

My dad was in the ER and then admitted to the hospital, he came to the room and was very rude! He was rushing like he was pressed on time. When we would ask a question, he was very short on his answers, not helping at all. He said if we had questions it was all in his chart. He was also rude when talking to the nurse.

No follow up on a critical medicine I needed a yearly prescription for. Called the office and told them twice and almost and they didn't file the prescription.. Office person is really incompetent and Dr. follow up is not much better.

As we got in and sat in the waiting room the Dr. came out and first thing he said to other couple in the waiting room was "your late!" When it was my turn my mother came in w me and he tells her to shut the door doesn't shake hands or anything, no bedside manors, then tells me what I know is a migraine is that it isn't it's just tension. He did not want to listen to anything else I had to say. I got up and walked out. He may get paid lots for his time but mine is just as valuable! I would give him no stars if I could (but the office lady was very kind.)
