Absolutely love Dr Chu and his staff. So thankful to have him walk alongside me in this journey with this brain cyst journey

Dr Chu seemed busy today and not as interested in discussing things. He did reassure me my odds of a repeat occurrence were low which made me feel better after the technologist had freaked me out with their comments

Dr. Chu is marvelous. During this first post op visit, he answered all my questions and responded to my concerns. He spent a long time and was very patient.

failed to tell patient about titanium implants in her head and its caused a domino was certain pain and emotional distress to my loved one. failed to do proper follow up as he was trying to cover up the fact he was negligent in his communication-- which he is now shoving under the rug.

Dr Chu was fabulous. His bedside manner was one of the best I've ever had. He took time to explain my condition and alleviated any concerns about treatment. I loved the card he gave me and keep it in my wallet. Thank you for taking such good care of my and my anxiety about what's happening to me.

Patient's concerns were not addressed. Lack of education for the patient regarding treatment. Contradicting comments were made. Patient does not feel the right treatment was rendered.

Dr. Ray Chu is one of the finest physicians ever. Not only does he exceed what brilliant is, but he is kind and caring, explains thoroughly validating the patient.
