Dr. Raymond Branton, PhD

Raymond Branton was late to the first appointment by 30 minutes. He took weeks to answer emails including an urgent matter that he waited 5 weeks to answer, at which point the event had already come and gone. He was ordered to finish his process by April but did not finish until October causing his fees to increase to an unbelievable amount of over $50,000 for a family evaluation. He was not prepared for any meeting and didn't remember the context of emails that he charged for reviewing the night before our meeting. He also told personal stories that were unprofessional and talked about using AI to write his reports. He bragged about how he was very powerful and could sway judges so that cases did not go to trial.

Horrible, clueless and useless in my opinion

terrible man. will not refer to him as a doctor of anything. he has zero interest in helping children and will not listen to anything that deters him from charging his enormous fees. don't expose your children to this man who will destroy your kid's trust in adults. we teach our kids to be honest and speak out about harm done to them and Branton will ignore them or worse tell them what they feel is wrong and that they are dishonest. how is this man affiliated with the family court system? why is he employed to hurt children in a process designed in "the child's best interest?" is there anything more evil than profiting off of child abuse?

Worst experience of my life with any mental health provider. Branton is a misogynist who bullies women and calls children "liars". This so called Dr does not believe in domestic abuse. Please stay away and keep your children far away from this unethical sick man.

If you are assigned Dr Branton to do your court ordered family assessment , REFUSE and insist on a different doctor ! His report was inaccurate and he never looked at the previous counseling reports. He took months and months to complete tbe report costing over $23,000. He is a terrible psychologist for family evaluations. Don’t work with him. Save yourself the pain snd expense !!!!!!!!

horrible and incompetent IMO

Dr. Branton was assigned to my very complicated custody case to complete a comprehensive family evaluation. My family and I worked with him for several months and have no complaints what-so-ever. He was easy to talk to, attentive, professional, and intelligent. He had compassion and I never felt judged by him. Be honest with him, have common courtesy, and you should have a great experience. I was terrified when I checked these reviews before the CFE but I’ll always be thankful my case was given to Branton. I don’t even understand how most of these reviews can be true after working with him. Probably just angry people who didn’t get their way (for good reasons).

A completely clueless therapist that never did his research or due diligence. Couldn't be more unhappy. Would never ever recommend this clown. A complete joke of a man.

This guy is as incompetent as they come. If you’re not the party paying for his services watch out as he’s easily bribed and is only in it to make a buck. He has no concern for the well-being of his patients and he isn’t interested in the well-being of your children if you have any. Stay as far away from this clown as possible and if the court appoints him as the court appointed evaluator politely request another ‘expert’ to handle your case.
