Had a bad experience a few times nothing crazy, until recent. Long story short wouldn't see us for a sick visit even though there were real concerns especially with exposure to others in the house as they are at high risk per CDC guidelines. Went to a different practice who actually saw us and treated us. Left the practice to move to the new one and received an arrogant insensitive letter from the Doctor for leaving. Really Professional!

Unprofessional in so many ways. Speaks down to you and your child. Has no bed side manners even with his young patients. Then speaks to the parent as though you know nothing and he has to explains things to you like a 1st grader. And good luck getting an appt. for a sick visit they do everything they can to make sure you don't come in so they will tell you over and over to stay home and treat at home waiting almost 3 weeks when my child was sick for them to finally agree that he needed to be seen.
