DR. KE IS THE BEST WE GOT A SET OF TWINS AND THE WIFE AND I ARE SO THANKFUL THAT WE DECIDED TO SEE DR KE.

After trying to conceive for 3 years & having several menstrual issues that could not be explained or corrected by my OB/GYN, I went to see Dr. Ke. After a couple of different tests, Dr. Ke was able to explain why I had not been able to conceive. He was very factual & displayed tact when explaining my diagnosis, as well as, our extremely low odds of conceiving on our own. I found Dr. Ke to be a "straight shooter" in answering tough questions. He was sensitive to my emotions & feelings in delivering tough news. We were fortunate to conceive through IVF on our first attempt. I had a scare after becoming pregnant & thought I was having a miscarriage. Although Dr. Ke was out of town on business he consulted with the nurses & called me after working hours when he returned to explain what had happened, why it had happened & assured me all looked well with the pregnancy. My husband & I were so pleased with Dr. Ke we will be seeing him again in hopes to have a 2nd baby.

My husband adn I have been wanting a child since we have been married, but we were never successful...no miscarriages or surgeries, just not physical successful. Well, last year, our cousins told us about their experience with Dr. Ke( they have been trying since they have been married and finally conceived with Dr. Ke). After talking with our cousins, we considered the option of having Ai. When we went for our intial visit, we were both very nervous; we didn't know what to expect. Dr. Ke was very attentive and was able to let us know what may be the problem and what could be done for conception. We were so thrilled and excited. We truly want everything to go just fine without any hesitations or uncertainties. Dr. Ke and the Fertility Associates of Memphis are truly wonderful and we so glad to have this unforgettable experience and memory keepsake with them! Thank you, Dr. Ke

Admittedly, this is an emotional process. However, the lack of compassion from Dr. Ke and no attempt made on his part to be personable leaves one feeling lost in this difficult process. He has no idea what my name is, or my lifestyle factors. Despite enduring multiple IVFs and spending thousands of dollars, he has yet to recognize me by my name without reading my chart, nor can he remember my husband's name. We have another IVF cycle coming up. If it is unsuccessful, we will take our business to Chattanooga, like so many other Memphis couples. I have no doubt that Dr. Ke is a well-researched and respected member of his field, but it is clear that he views his patients merely as vehicles for his research without recognizing us as "clients" who pay an extreme price tag for an emotional gamble.

Dr. Ke and his staff are wonderful! They are there for you every step of the way. Dr. Ke knows his specialty and works to create treatment plans that are tailored to the patient. I was a difficult case but he worked with me to find a solution that helped me conceive. I hold Dr. Ke and the clinic in the highest regard.

The staff was not very professional. They don't have good bedside manners regarding other people's feeling about talking to the doctor. Dr Kee makes it difficult to speak with him by not allowing a better timespan to make appointments with him or to see any one else on staff. It's very frustrating being a patient who asks for medical and no one feels they should reach out and help us. We need someone who cares about people not about the DOLLARS!!!
