I use to think Dr. Miranda and his office was excellent but since COVID there is no customer service even after things are getting back to normal. They only do video office visits, which they missed two appointments in a row. This is a poor way to take care of patients and you have no way to get to see the doctor or communicate with him. I guess I have to rely on emergency when I need my child to see a doctor because that is what I am down to.

Dr.Miranda has been our pediatrician for over 29 years and has been a excellent Dr. to are kids and grandkids.??

Dr Miranda has been our pediatrician for our three children since were infants (they are 13 and 16 now). He has always provided quality care and patiently listened to our concerns. His staff is very friendly, supportive and cares about the work they do

This is place is horrible!!! We can never get an appointment when needed we just get told take her to an urgent care or the hospital we have no openings every time!!!!!! And when you do have an appointment be ready to spend the next 3 hours here. I don’t get it it’s 9am how the heck are you 3 hours behind already!!!!! So unprofessional!!!!!! The staff is rude..... Can’t wait for her Kaiser to start do we never have to come back!!!!

The care here is extraordinary. You can tell this office cares about kids. Wait times are always unpredictable in most doctors offices. I have always been able to get in the same day or the next with my kids. They both love doctor Miranda and the staff are always engaging and pleasant. You can tell when people genuinely care and it is evident to me that this office cares. Even after hours we have gotten good advice which we understand is sometimes all you can give over the phone. Overall we have been very pleased

My children have been patients for at least 10 years. Clean office and kid friendly. The staff is helpful and friendly. The Dr and PA are always friendly and have a great bedside manner. My kids love them.

My children have been patients of Dr Miranda's for about 6 years! They love him!! He always treats them great! The staff is so friendly and helpful! The office is clean and kid friendly!
