Very arrogant

Dr. Nze has good bedside mannerisms but he does not follow through on visits, he never answers his messages , your wait time is always 3 to 4 hours long, it's hard to get refills on your medication and his staff are rude and they don't give him messages and he will not return calls and never fills out your paper work for months!!!

I had a very bad experience in this doctor's office. I waited unnecessarily 4 hours. Not only the staff is rude and unprofessional, the doctor actually supports it and acts on the tips from his staff. He makes mistakes and prescribes unnecessary medicine. Very disappointed by the office and the doctor's behavior.

- Staff members are not kind. - For every visit, waiting time is longer than an hour. - Not returning phone calls even though messages were left many times.

I am currentley on perscriptions that need to be filled every three months, everytime I go to the pharmarcy, its a tug of words between the pharmarcy and doctors office, no we didnt receive the fax, oh we sent the fax, I feel that he should have a represetative who would just handle the incoming faxes of referrals and perscriptions he wouldnt have patietnts complaning all the time about this type of service. All other is good , once you get in the office, but its just the customer service of that service that diminshes the office.
