Secured a appointment with Dr petrus my PCP did not have a slot available Dr petrus was the best visit spending time to listen and explain how he would order test to determine what my problem is .Best visit I ever had ordered some test and blood work

I have had the same doctor for 15-20 years. He is the same age as me which naturally makes relating to each other easier. When my sister had to find a new doctor because hers was retiring I suggested mine but she was unwilling to drive from south Tampa where we both live to north Tampa.

Dr. Petrus is absolutely AWESOME! He spends time with you, listens and has discussions with whatever you need or want to talk about and we set expectations / goals for our next Visit together. I feel that Dr. Petrus genuinely cares about my health and wellbeing!

Dr. Petrus has, in the two visits I have had with him, answered all my questions, given me his opinion, listened to what I had to say and I thought he would be and is a great general practitioner who would advise me as to my general health. As I grow older, I want doctors to listen to what I have to say and be part of my team to search for answers. In my two visits with Dr. Petrus, he has done that for me.
