Dr. Raymond Martin Stephens, MD

Dr Stephens is very experienced physician which I love to see him again. However his billing office does job very poorly. The office sent one of my bill to insurance very late for some reason, insurance processed very late, so I received my first bill from Dr Stephens bill office more than 8 months later, I could not get my bill reimbursed from my HRA account. The billing office asked me to pay the bill from my own pocket. I filed the complain to CA state of insurance. My medical Insurance finally paid the bill to Dr Stephens office. But the office still sent the medical bill to professional collection service. I am really disappointed on the Dr Stephens billing office, it was a very bad experience with such an administration office.

Very condescending doctor and rude. Don't waste your time.

We are so grateful for Dr. Stephens. He is the very best neurologist anyone could ever wish for! His ability to diagnose my husband's difficult condition, to order every appropriate test to determine what treatment is required, his very sincere concern about my husband and his progress and the time he gives in helping us in every area concerning my husband's case, as well as excellent and immediate follow-up, returning phone calls, etc.all show what a truly exceptional, excellent physician he is. We feel so blessed to have my husband in his care.
