He did 2 failed surgeries on my left foot leaving me with a tendon problem and permanent nerve damage.

I have been a patient of Dr Sullivans for over five years. I find him to be extremely knowledgeable and to the point. All of my experiences have been pleasant and successful. I would definitely reccomend him.

Dr Sullivan came highly recommended. I was impressed that he was not quick to immediately suggest surgery. Dr Sullivan offered other alternatives first. For me it was a "No Brainer" as I opted to have surgery instead of a band aide fix. He spent time explaining what he was going to do to eliminate the daily 24/7 foot pain. I never felt or saw any of the negative ratings during my first visit with him. His staff is respectful. Its people who ask 150 questions during their visit that cause Doctors to run late for the rest of his patient patients. I would be more concerned with the outcome of the surgery then "bedside" manners.

I would strongly recommend Dr Sullivan to any of my family members or friends if ever there were a need for an orthopedic surgeon. Dr. Sullivan evaluates your condition and offers several treatment options for you to consider with ease and understanding. His entire office is comprised of competent skilled professionals that streamline your visit with very little wait time. I only wish I had the choice of MORE than 5 stars as a rating. Karen B

He is abrupt, I completely agree with the comment he speaks down to you. He tries to intimidate. The surgery he performed resulted in a 100% better situation than he himself predicted. For that I am grateful. And for such a very serious surgery I was shocked to find that the pa saw us on almost every occasion.

Dr. Sullivan is great. He was not quick to do surgery, very conservative. His staff is professional , helpful and most of all nice. I will continue to see him , and recommend his office.

Dr. Sullivan has no bedside manner. His patient area makes me feel like a horse in a stall. He spends the minimum amount of time with his patients and intimidates me so I do not ask questions. If I do, he answers with one word. I do not feel comfortable.

This is the guy to see if you have a foot problem. Best in CT. Great surgeon. Loved the surgery Center experience.

Excellant surgeon, but very short with the time he spends with a patient or explaining things to the patient. Has the ability to "talk down" to you.
