If I could give ZERO STARS i would. This doctor is very rude and his staff as well. This girls think they run the office since way back when doctor Jan was alive and you can tell by the way they treat you. When you take in your kids to the appointments he does not let you explain yourself, he speaks over you. As a doctor you should listen to every concern your patient has. I have requested a test for my daughter, being concerned for her health and he refused because the same test was done to my other daughter and her result was fine. He said the insurance will deny the test and that he did not want to refer her. He speaks to you as if you are wasting his time or him doing you a favor. They are two different people so your supposition does not make sense. The girls there are rude and the doctor avoids your calls. I just called the offcie and they gave me excuses that the dr was not able to talk with me because he was with someone else when I just heard him in the background talking.… Then when the girl wouldnt let me talk and I questioned her she got mad and passed him the phone who then got mad because I questioned him. Well Raymundo you dont pay for my girls appointments, you benefit from them which is totally different. And as far as I know it doesnt cost you anything to send them to a specialist so I dont understand your lack of empathy and your bad temper. He says he tries to help but we don't let him. How are you helping with your bad attitude?. If you wanted to help you wouldnt complain to a parent for being concerned about their child's health. You told me to change doctors and that you will call the insurance to change my girls well no need. My girls will be better of with someone else, they had been seen with doctor Jan since they were born... To bad you took over his office after he passed, its a shame. Thats the bad thing about us hispanics we take opinions as critism and that is why you got upset!
