Dr. Rebeca Mayol-Sharp, MD

Dr. Sharp is the ideal physician we should target to produce in this country. In addition to having excellent clinical knowledge, she is compassionate, non-judgmental, and an amazing human being. She is someone youngsters should look up to and idolize.

I cannot think of enough adjectives to describe Dr. Sharp. I have known her since before her children were born and they are now in university. I have worked beside her in the ED and have been her patient as well for all of these years. She is probably hands down the most compassionate, resourceful, intelligent physician with whom I have worked or used as my PCP. Any lack which other reviewers have stated has been more than adequately rectified in the last couple to three years. her staff both in the front and in the back are kind, remember regular patients by name, and efficient. The world needs more physicians like her.

Dr. Sharp is very professional and personable. She doesn't rush you, and she takes the time to sit and talk with you most doctors are in such a rush because they overbook but this is not the case with her. Her staff are courteous and make the appointment setting process and payment process a breeze. My only complaint which I won't rate her down on is getting through to an actual person when you call. You get a recording and it takes forever to get through maybe need to revamp that.

This doctor is the most caring doctor I have ever been to. She will re-evaluate your health and make sure you are on the proper path. She has taken the wrong things other doctors have said and corrected medication that is not working. Great doctor.

I've been Dr. Sharp's patient for at least 16 yrs., she's a great Dr., front office is very capable; back office is anything but..,. If I didn't like Dr. Sharp so much, I'd find another Dr. with a more professional and effective back office. You can't depend on them to do anything right!

Dr. Sharp is a very attentive doctor. She spends time with you. The front desk employees and the lab technicians are wonderful. But her personal nurse is very unprofessional and rude. I wish Dr. Sharp would really see that and make some changes.

Dr. Sharp is a wonderful person, the front staff is great, but her personal nurse lacks in the area of patient customer service. I think if she did a survey of how her patients would rate her nurse she would try and do something about it.

Dr. Sharp is exceptional, smart, caring and very family-oriented! Her front office is great, but the back office (rx refills, return calls, etc.) is not good. That's the only frustrating issue with this Dr.'s service. Wish she could get the same caliber of back office personnel as she has in the front!

Timely, professional, great attitude, always kind with a smile. Takes her time with the patient to really listen.
