My mom had the robotic surgery in Aug '18. At her one year appt, she was ordered a CAT-SCAN. We never got the results. We finally went for an appt in Jan '20 and was told they believe the cancer is back!! Why didn't they contact us?!? Then she couldn't complete a PET- SCAN so I called and asked what we do now. Three days in a row I was told someone would call me back...that they were waiting ON THE DOCTOR for a decision. Then a 3 day weekend went by. Another day passed. I called today and said I had questions please call...NOTHING! I am now looking for a different Doctor. Also wondering if I should consult a lawyer?!?

She was very professional but also down to earth..she explained everthing so clearly..and for you people that are complaining about the wait. .she is the only cancer obygn un the area..she is worth waiting for! JODY BERHENKE..QUAD CITIES.

just now Waited for months to get an appointment. Finally got one scheduled then they called back a few weeks later and said since I’m not a “priority” with a cancer diagnosis just pre-cancerous cells that they needed to move my appointment forward to a later date. I was ok with this initially. Got another call stating that they needed to move my appointment again as the doctor was not available that day. Got a call today saying my appointment has been canceled because I do not have a clinical diagnosis of cancer and the doctor refused to see me. The reason I was referred there by my doctor was because of my history with pre-cancerous cells. I do not recommend this doctor or practice at all. Very unethical and unprofessional.

Very poor time management..took her 3 hours to come see my mom for a simple 5-10 minute appointment. Shes is very polite but doesnt excuse the fact she takes forever.

Well, to begin they will waste 2 maybe more hours of your time just waiting, then when the doctor does finally decide to grace you with her presence you will wish she hadn't. This is someone that needs a refresher course on bedside manner to say the least. I could go on but that should be enough. If you decide to go anyway know that I tried to warn you. Prepare yourself for a really bad day.

Very friendly, understanding. Listened to what my thoughts were on my situation, which I loved. Along my cancer journey not many of the docs seemed to care what I thought or wished for. My surgery went smoothly. After care, she was again wonderful and told me to come back or call anytime.

Excellent skilled surgeon. I am forever grateful.
