Dr. Rebecca Jean Crainsmith, MD

I have never met a more rude staff in my life. Clearly the people working there don't want to be there. It shows in everything they do, on the phone and in person. Can the doctor be clueless as to the rudeness of her staff?!

I have been seeing this doctor since 2008. She used to care but it seems like lately she is just about making money. You are allotted 15 minutes to talk to her and will be charged if you go over that time. However, I had to wait 30 minutes and she was rushing through my appointment in under 5 minutes. She told me that there must have been a lab error because my lymphocytes were low. I went back to review blood work from prior years and they are always low. Perhaps she should look into that. She has not checked my thyroid level in over two years, but I am on thyroid medication. I did not realize all this until I got home and checked all my previous lab results. She no longer cares about her patients and has some very tacky and uncaring policies put in place now. Time to find new doctor.

I have no clue what that person is talking about. Dr. Crainsmith was one of the best experiences that I have ever had with a doctor. She is very thoughtful, open hearted and listens to every detail that I speak with regard to my problems. The extra time that she takes with me is worth every penny that I have to pay. Someone who has to degrade someone with words as was done speaks volumes of the ignorance.

Dr. Crainsmith is an excellent physician. She is very knowledgeable using a combination of homeopathic and traditional solution to keep you well. Her wait times tend to be long because she spends as much as time as YOU need.

She started out being great, but as she got into other money-making ventures such as high end skincare products and treatments (to name just one), and acquired more patients, things deteriorated. She will never speak with a patient on the phone, and staff is not medically knowledgeable and frequently do not transmit questions correctly to doc which results in yet more phone calls. Hard to get prescriptions refilled--takes many phone calls which often do not get returned. Doctor doesn't review chart prior to seeing patient, so patient must use time they are paying for to remind the Dr. of prior history and issues. And she makes sure you are charged if you are one minute over the allotted time. One really rude staff person. All in all, an always frustrating experience. Not worth my time or money.

excellant doctor, spends time with patients. always up beat about problems. trys to heal by natural means unlike other pill pushing doctors.
