Dr. Rebecca E Mouser, MD

My two teens were with Dr. Mouser since their births. She never made me disappointed. She cares the little patients and always answered the questions more extensively than what we ask for. Wish every doctor could be like her.

Let me start that by saying dr. Mouser seems nice initially. But whenever my son needed her, she was never available to him. I would call at 8am with an urgent need to have my son seen, but not urgent enough for hospital, and he would never have an opening and would instruct staff to tell me to take my son to hospital. Whenever I would call with a concern about my sons adverse reaction to prescription or refusal to eat, I wouldn't get a call for 48 hours, an that's of I left several messages. She never followed up to see how my son was doing. When asked for prescription refills for my sons acid reflux, she woul say to ask the gi doctor to prescribe a refill. She never listened to my concerns, or investigated solutions for my sons health issues. Indeed we did have to take my son to the hospital, and every doctor was shocked that dr mouser did not ever do some basic blood work to investigate or diagnose. Complete lack of professionalism or courtesy. Dr mouser, your job is… not a regular 9-5. Quit acting bothered or inconvinienced by a sick child. Absolutely completely dissatisfied. I hope dr mouser reads this review and changes her conduct for the benefit of her patients.

DR. BECKY is amazing. Have been seeing her for more than 15 years and LOVE her. She truly cares about her patients. Could not have ever asked for better care. If only more were like her!
