Dr. Rebecca H Reddy, MD

Dr Reddy has been my sons doctor his entire life, he is now 15. Ive always respected her work, shes a very smart and all around good doctor, Ive never questioned if my son was getting good care. However, I just received a certified letter in the mail from her clinic, that I had to physically go to the post office and sign for. (which I did, immediately, thinking maybe there was something very wrong with my son? as I knew I didnt owe the clinic any money?) The letter states: IT HAS COME TO OUR ATTENTION THAT YOU HAVE REPEATEDLY CHOSEN TO GO TO THE IMMEDIATE CARE FOR NON-URGENT MEDICAL CONCERNS WITHOUT CALLING OUR OFFICE FIRST TO SCHEDULE AN APPT OR UTILIZE OUR AFTER-HOURS TRIAGE SERVICE. OUR STAFF AND DOCTORS HAVE SPOKEN WITH YOU IN REGARDS TO THIS MATTER BOTH VERBALLY AND IN WRITING. THIS LETTER SERVES AS A LEGAL NOTIFICATION THAT REDBUD PEDIATRICS WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO PROVIDE MEDICAL CARE FOR YOUR FAMILY. Wow I couldnt believe it, she is dropping care for my son because she… is losing appts / money! I was only taking him to Wallgreens clinic due to the convenience of going to the doctor when its a good time for me and my son AND because we know what he has! He repeatedly gets strepp throat, we just need the diagnosis so we can get meds and get over it quickly so he can return to school! Wallgreens alway takes a culture and always sends the results to Dr Reddy, every time, so its not like shes unaware of his health condition, therefore this isnt about care, its about money and GREED! I didnt want a GREEDY doctor anyway! I doubt Ill recommend her to anyone any more, seeing how I did this, I never rate anyone or anything but I really felt like people should be aware this!
