Dr. Rebecca Unger, MD

She is not our regular doctor but the office made a mistake when they scheduled my child’s next appt. I had read great reviews about her so I was excited to meet her. Our usual wait time is less than 5 minutes. I watched 7 patients be called before us. She was running 40 minutes behind. When she came in she said she was just going to check the chart and go take care of something. I then heard her in the next room with another patient. When she came back in, she would cut me off when I was asking her a question with her diagnosis. She was incorrect as she did not let me finish speaking. She kept suggesting dairy products when I had mentioned my child was allergic. She was rude, did not make much eye contact, and was visibly annoyed by my questions. She rushed through our visit, did not have time for all of my questions, and then rushed me out of the room. I was very disappointed and will not be letting her see my child again.

I was surprised, somewhat rude and entitled. Didn't care for how she treated the staff working alongside her.

my father is a pediatrician so i was extremely selective in finding a dr for my daughter. dr unger exceeded all expectations. she is wise, caring, compassionate and created instant rapport with my daughter. She brings to her work not just medical understanding but common sense psychology on how to deal with kids. (her perspectives almost always agree with my father's!) She has found ways to fit us into her extremely tight schedule. She always follows up even if was a minor question on my part. i feel really lucky to have her as a dr--the best testament to that is we are out of state now and we are still returning back to get appts with her!

If you would like your child to sleep well, eat well and be active this is the practice!

Dr. Unger is the best doctor you will EVER have!!!! She so kind and truly cares about each and every one of her patients!!!!
