i have never dealt with such an incompetent staff in my entire life.

they really need a new team of workers there answering the phones....my 12 year old could do a better job of properly answering the phones and doing call backs

Established patient in severe back pain for 5 days. Two calls to Drs. office first thing this AM asking for either appointment to treat or recommendation for a consult elsewhere. It's now 12 hours later and haven't heard a word. If this isn't dereliction of duty, I don't know what is.

one visit I waited in the exam room for almost an hour while the doctor was in the next exam room chatting with a patient about non-health related topics the entire time I was sitting in the next room - then she had the nerve to ask my why I was agitated! Second time I waited over an hour from my appointment time. I asked the front desk staff how much longer is my wait and they said there were 4 people ahead of me! Each of these visits I had a scheduled appointment. I think they double book to make more money! I took my family's medical records and found another doctor

I have never had a Doctor that was so caring and concern about my health issues. Always on top of matters and recomends good doctors . Did not want to give R. Adamcyzk up. But had moved. Very hard for her replacement within myself. Excellent Doctor!!!!!!

Dr. Rebekah Adamczyk is amazing, to find a doctor that actually cares about her patients is rare now a days. She is very knowlegable and explains things in details.

The best doctor I've been to. It was easy to get an appointment, the office was clean and comfortable, the staff was very caring and professional. Dr. Rebekah addressed all of my concerns and answered all the questions that I had. I didn't feel rushed at all. She is a keeper.

Doctor Adamczyk is the best person to see. She cares by the way she talks to you. And makes you feel at easy. It is easy to talk to her and getting questions answered. All I can say is that all doctor offices need more people like Dr.Adamczyk. But it's shame it's only one of your kind LOL.

Its sad to say, but I've had a lot of experience with many different doctors, and Dr. Adamczyk is by far the best one ever. She really cares about her patients and their overall health. She takes the time to LISTEN to everything you have to say, which I have not had much luck with, with other doctors. I also feel that she is very down to earth, & very easy to talk to; she makes you feel very comfortable.
