Dr. Reed Henderson Evers, MD

If I have to see the front desk just to go there to see DR. EVERS, I’m good! Front desk does not know how to do their job. I used to work in pediatrics front and back office before moving here to Utah! Front desk clearly doesn’t communicate well, they don’t know how to check insurance, they will ask you for the card because they are too lazy to look it up, even though they can. That’s what front office does! I just ended up having to call myself when I got there just to get the member ID number myself when she could’ve have called or checked in the system herself before I even got there so everything would be set and ready to go. Because it took about 15 min to get the info myself, she told me I had to reschedule. Reschedule? Now I’m pretty sure WHITNEY has all the time in the world to reschedule in her lazy life, but I am much too busy to be rescheduling for anything. I had to reschedule my daughters end of year school test just for my younger daughters appointment that they made… me reschedule for. I’m sick of lazy and incompetent workers like WHITNEY! I am just not going to deal with his airhead front desk assistants! My advice for you ladies, go through your appt list, check for eligibility BEFORE your shift starts, and if you don’t have the information, you have access to retrieve them by just calling their insurance or calling the patients to get the info so if they don’t have it or are not eligible, you can call them ahead of time before they waste their time coming in, to reschedule that way. That way everything would go smoothly as everyone comes in to check in. Just a little lesson 101 for you airhead front desk assistants. On top of that, so not welcoming at all. No greetings or anything, just “do you have the insurance card?”, like come on, on top of worst customer service, your airhead, incompetent, and too lazy to do your own job! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service! You guys don’t want to go here because front desk will definitely give you a hard time and make you feel not welcomed at all! Not worth going here if they are the ones you have to deal with first!

We couldn't be happier with Dr. Evers. He's been our daughter's ped since she was born 18mo ago. He's so knowledgeable and sweet with her. We trust him and who recommend him to anyone.

Very friendly and knowledgeable, always has great advice for whatever questions I bring him

Our appointments have always been professional and we like Dr Evers however, we are rather discouraged that they are more than willing to turn a patient away completely than to charge a no-show fee like normal doctor offices.

He is always very informative, polite, interactive with me and my 1 year old.

Dr Evers always takes the time with my kids. He is a great doctor and I am very pleased to be able to take my kids to him.

Dr. Evers is always amazingly attentive to my son and making sure he has the best possible care, and that I have all the necessary information needed to properly care for my son's needs.

I've never met a doctor with more compassion the Dr. Evers! I'm so thankful we found him and I would recommend him to everyone!

He was a nice doctor and answered my questions thoroughly and respectfully. He was patient with my other kids and engaged them in the visit as well

He was great with all three of my boys. He was also great at explaining things to me in a way I could easily understand. I was very appreciative of how attentive he was.
