Good doctor, very thorough

I went into see Dr Maindiratta and I was very impressed with her . She's wonderful and very caring ,and takes time to get to know you. She wants to get down to the problem and solve it. ,She's a great women and I wish there were more Drs like her . I highly recommend her to everyone. ,She's a very intelligent women , and I wish she practiced as a GP. I want her for everything !! THANK YOU DR MAINDIRATTA!!!!

I have been to other Neurologists, but she was the only one who actually listened to my problems and ordered the right tests,

The office is bazaar . They hardly answer the phone and when they do it is difficult to get a follow up appointment. At my first appoinment I waited 4 hours but i didnt want to leave since It took so long to finally get in . Apparently the office staff controls the long wait by having you call ahead to see how behind she is, but when I did that she wound up cancelling me because she was running 3 hours behind and couldn't stay to see me. In fact, I have yet to be successful in making an appointment to attain my test results. I am still waiting for a call back after speaking to the receptionist and leaving several messages on the answering machine. This is outrageous and I agree with the prior patient review since I too am in the middle of treatment and insurance issues. Save yourself a lot of trouble and find a competent doctor. It really is as strange as it sounds!
