Dr. Bishara saved my daughter’s life. She remains stable for years under his treatment plan. We tried every possible treatment in the Southeast but unable to sustain success until we met Dr. Bishara.

Dr Reemon Bishara is quite a fan of putting young patients on highly toxic antipsychotics even if they are not psychotic or schizophrenic which the drugs were made and intended for. I don't know if he gets bonuses from these companies but many have come under scrutiny for causing weight gain , causing diabetes, and messing around with your cholesterol and metabolic panels causing what is known as Syndrome X. Does Dr. Reemon Bishara Care ? Not even in the slightest, He is quite obese himself so a little weight on his patients is no big deal to him. But FDA has issued that these drugs put a black box warning on their labels that these highly toxic medications can cause weight gain , high blood sugar , high cholesterol and other metabolic problems. * Also these antipsychotics plug up 4 dopamine receptors which can last longer than you even take the medicine and your child or the patient might present as depressed , this should not be blamed on the patients condition as it is most likely… the antipsychotic medication doing what it was intended to do block dopamine receptors is working. Effectively working at taking away chemicals needed to process happiness , motivation, movement memory. Do your research this doctor is quick to shove drugs down your child's throat but takes no accountability and often will blame patients symptoms on the patient even though the complications are medically induced. He doesn't really fix the problem , their are also countless people who have died from complications from these medications cause diabetic keloacidosis who never had diabetic problems before taking antipsychotic medication again do your research because low and behold this doctor will not warn you of the possible complications and at best minimize them. He has been comfortably medicating patients with antipsychotic drugs made for schizophrenia to a broad spectrum of patients who are not schizophrenic for many years now he is comfortable with seeing his patients suffering from metabolic problems and complications for years now but if the ends justify the means and by ends I mean the ones that just goes into his pocket because he doesn't really care about the patients at all or some he just might not like as much as others.

Amazing and caring doctor

One of the worse doctors I ever had to encounter. As a child he admitted me to an adult ward in St.Luke's impatient. I think that was just stupid because I had to be watched by an attending even when taking a shower and using the bathroom because staff decided to put me on mo because I was a child. Dr. Bishara should have put me in a children's hospital where I wouldn't have had to endure that uncomfortable behavior. None of them were very nice and Dr. Bishara said I was annoying because I complained and knew how to get under peoples skin I think St.Lukes hospital is just a bad hospital and I think if you are looking to get treated you should just go somewhere else.
