I had an annual check up with with Dr. Reena Bommsani in Dec 2017 and 8 months later still trying to sort out a claim for "experimental tests" she requested that I DID NOT ask for or approved. It was a routine annual check up nothing more, yet my insurance company refuses to pay for some of the line items as says these were experimental tests. I have no idea what these test are or why she would requested them without first talking to me about them and getting my approval since they are outside a standard check up. Before the appointment confirmed all tests from the check up would be covered by my insurance and was told 'yes, they are', so why I am invoiced for additional tests is beyond me. Also did not like the very impersonal call center (off site) and structure of this practice. You will likely have a different doctor every time you go. I have since moved on.

I had a great visit today. Provider was prompt, and office staff very nice and friendly.

Dr. Allison Colby was my doctor and she is good with me and my family. I felt comfortable with her and staff also. Staff also are good to us. Allison wasn't awkward with my husband's and my deafness. We had good communication by both lip reading and writing. My experience with Hoadly and Hillendale have been good. I trust staff at both locations and Allison too. They have been taking good care of us for long time.
