Cold and condescending. Spends no more than 5 mins and does little to allay patient concerns / doesn’t listen to the patient. Poor clinical reasoning as well.

Very rushed and incredibly condescending. Doesn’t ask enough questions to get to the bottom of patient concerns. One of the worst primary care experiences ever.

Dr Loona was my PCP for several years. During this time she was always super cold and unpleasant even as I was navigating a breast cancer diagnosis and treatment. She barely spends five minutes with you per visit and everything is done in a perfunctory way. I finally switched PCPs and now have a very warm and compassionate doctor. Do not recommend Dr Loona at all!

Dr. Loona is wonderful! my regular PCP was unavailable a couple of times during the pandemic so I saw dr. Loona and she was great! she listened to my concerns, ordered the appropriate testing and gave me the results the next day

Doesn't jump to medications Reassuring, educates. Referred several people to her [even male] All called to thank me after visit

has my first visit a couple of weeks ago. thought she listened to me, let me speak (did not cut me off as previous doctors have done). got my lab results within 3 days!

my husband and I have been going to her for 2 years now, she is lovely. She always accomadates us when we need to go in, which Is so reassuring, not many doctors do that anymore. they send you to urgent care.

This woman is incompetent. Should be serving at McDonald's instead of practicing medicine.
