Dr. Reena Vanmali, MD

I felt very respected and heard when meeting with Dr Patel. I was disappointed to try to schedule an appointment with her to learn she left Atlanta primary care. I’ll be keeping my eye out for where she went.

I have been a patient of this practice for many years when there was only a handful of doctors in Alpharetta (North Fulton Family Medicine). I have seen many doctors over the years but Dr. Patel is my favorite. She is professional and caring. I highly recommend Dr. Patel. I am still a patient because she is part of the practice.

Tried to meet with her. I completed all of my information on their website and arrived for my appointment 15 minutes early. 40 minutes later: after watching 5 others arrive late and going right in, I still was not helped. The waiting room was empty. I over heard the staff state they didn't know why she was not responding. Her support team was very good and kept apologizing. When I finally was brought back, the team had no access to the information I filled out online or completed in the office. I inquired how they could not have access to my medical records online as I completed it prior, at their direction, and was worried about access. They stated they could not access the data and could not give me an answer to its security. I ended the appointment due to my concern of the doctor's focus (she still had not seen me after an hour) and the lack of fidelity regarding my online information. For that office: you may consider another doctor that is there. The patients… that came and went seemed happy and they were taken care of by the others on staff quickly. However, I would not recommend this doctor or the online system they use.
