He is not truthful and he only cares about his money, and pretends to be a good helper, when he is not.

Dr. Chapman has earned my respect and trust. I cannot say enough good things about him. He is always prompt, addresses every issue I have had, and gives excellent counsel. I would recommend him to everyone, of all ages and interests. Super smart!
