Dr. Regina Kay Lee, MD

Dr. Lee is very thorough and compassionate. Dr. Lee was my mother’s doctor and she felt very comfortable and reassured of the care Dr Lee provided for her. After my mother passed at age 91 years . I became a patient of Dr. Lee. Luv her as well!!!

Don’t go to this doctor

I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. Had blood work over 4weeks ago and no results give from the office. She said they would be available online through the patient portal but are not. Luckily the lab allows them to be view. Currently look for a new doctor the results on Quest's page are not good. Terrible follow through and patient care with Dr. Lee

I wont get into many details but I will say I arrived at 8am for an apt and waited till 1030 before I decided to leave and all because there error. I called to change my apt time 3 weeks prior and saved the new time in my phone. Some how it was not updated in the system which Isn't my fault yet I still had to wait. The staff acts as if they don't care and it's not their issue. Maybe they need more training on how to deal with people.

I see Dr Regina Lee and have only been there twice and I absolutely love her. The wait time for my appointment was long, and I was annoyed when they finally called me back. BUT.. I feel it was worth the wait. She goes over absolutely everything with me and takes her time. She actually gets to the root of the problem rather than try to prescribe something to mask it. Love love love her!

I can not say enough about Dr. Lee and her staff. Everyone is so friendly. Dr. Lee can be blunt, but she is a caring, and knowledgeable doctor. The wait time is very long but worth it, because Dr. Lee takes her time to answer all your questions. I really wish she accepted my daughters insurance. I really enjoyed the one appointment my daughter had with her, so informative and so caring. The kind of doctor I've been looking for, for myself and my family. Thank you Dr. Lee and staff!

Office staff is unfriendly.

The visit was awful. She was rude and accusatory. It took forever to be called in and she rushed through the appointment. Her policy is to only call in refills to the pharmacy after you've had another appointment which is ridiculous considering I need allergy and asthma medications throughout the year. It was clear that money was a priority over the patient's health.

Dr. Lee"s, patient portable is quick and convenient (for working parents), great way to communicate with her and her staff; and easy way to set up appointments.

She is very rude as well as her assistant. I have a 3 month old who is intact and she didn't something your not supposed to do exposing him to infection. She didn't listen to my concerns and if anything she accused me of things. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone
