Dr. Regina Yu Mojica, MD

Dr. Regina Mojica was part of the Anthem/BCBS care management team that issued a denial for emergency room admission when I shattered my clavicle. Despite presenting with a grossly deformed shoulder, limp left arm, a sharp bone visibly sticking out of my neck, profound pain, and clear signs of shock, Dr. Mojica deemed my stay "Not Medically Necessary". So instead of receiving the medical treatment I'm legally entitled to, as laid out clearly in my insurance policy documents, I was left with a choice between lifelong disability and chronic pain, or financial ruin. I opted for financial ruin. Many graduating medical students swear a Hippocratic Oath to "do no harm", to act with integrity, and to advocate for their patients' needs, but not all doctors see the value in this oath.

A complete and utter lack of compassion I have ever seen. I keep trying her again but each and every time I have seen her she acts completely annoyed and put out. I have never tried harder to try to communicate with her but she refused to even pretend to care. I've left in tears many times and am looking for someone with a heart.

Dr Mojica is an exceptional physician and shows she cares about her patients’ general well - being.

Seems like she’s always annoyed or in disbelief of the patient. Doctors that want to show you they care? Not this one. Although I hesitated to change GP’s initially, it wasn’t until after that I realized you shouldn’t feel worried about the thought of your doctor judging you! Before you came to the appointments! Felt like I could do nothing but take up Regina’s time when I was the one who needed help.

I must have missed the “compassionate, comprehensive and evidence-based medical care” she claims to provide. Quite the opposite!

The most unpleasant dr of medicine. That She appears to resent a patient is just wrong.

Absolutely love her, followed her from a previous practice and appreciate her thoroughness and follow through

It was hard for me to find a good dr that I can trust. I'm very please with Ms. Mojica & happy I took the chance to see her

The office staff is awesome. Very polite, efficient and caring. Back office/nursing staff are very knowledgeable and thorough when taking your history and preliminary reason as to why you are there. The patient rooms are state of the art and they help you get online so you can access your health from home or with other doctors. Dr. Mojica is very through and asks questions to see if there are other factors that may be involved with your issues at hand. She remembers you and why you were there last time. I feel she cares about me as a person and not just as a patient or insurance card number. I have recommended her to friends and also recommend her to anyone reading this.

not a good doctor, very questionable moral compass that I would prefer not to go into. Would not trust her in the future.
