Dr. Regina Moore

Regina Moore has been a licensed mental/behavioral health therapist for ten years; however, she has over 20 years of experience working with individuals, families, and groups as a helping professional. She has worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting concerns, childhood trauma, physical and emotional abuse, and ADHD. She has also helped clients who experienced flashbacks of emotional trauma from human trafficking. Regina has a Master's Degree in Counselor Education from North Carolina A&T State University in Greensboro, North Carolina. Her therapeutic approach combines cognitive behavioral therapy and person-centered therapy, with some combination of Motivational interviewing. Regina likes to engage her clients in interactive and sometimes illustrative sessions that are designed to address their specific needs. Clients will also have an opportunity to measure their progress along the way, and she is excited …about being a part of the process to assist them in reaching their therapeutic goals.
