This Doctor is not only the best in the office. She is wonderful in the hospital! She is very direct, yet very caring. She makes coming to CLS worthwhile. Dr. Pillai has made my recovery our 1st priority. Great job in keeping me healthy. Major Dan

Dr. Pillai was extremely rude and dismissive of my questions. She didn't care about an accurate diagnosis at all. Her prescription caused me more pain and she insisted it was the right one. Went to another doctor and found out I was completely misdiagnosed.

Visit was rushed and patient's concerns were minimized and brushed off. Dr. Pillai would talk down to the patient and downplay the pain. Prescriptions given made the condition worse.

Dr. Pillai is a caring physician who always takes time to explain treatment in a manner that is open and understandable by lay people. Dr. Pillai talks to her patients and not at them.

Dr. Pallai is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain and listen. ????????

I was diagnosed with a malignant lung tumor and had no insurance. Dr. Pillai treated me and found a doctor that would perform the necessary surgery and really followed through with everything she said she would do. It's rare to find doctors that truly care about their patients. Dr. Pillai didn't make be feel like a patient, she made me feel like a person. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing pulmonary care.

I always have a wonderful experience with my appointment. Tanisha makes you feel like she is taking care of her own family member. There is no waiting and they listen and provide answers.

Fantastic Doctor with a great bedside manner. Dr Pillai was great at explaining my medical issues in terms that I could understand. I'm good at reading people and I could tell that she was genuinely interested in my well being. Behind every good doctor is also a great staff. Her staff is top notch. They are all friendly, very approachable, and highly knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend Dr Pillai to friends and family anytime anywhere.

Takes times to discuss and explain test results, course and/or recommended treatment options, does thorough follow up to determine cause of illness and a comprehensive plan of action to address your health problems. Able to make appointments and see her in a very timely manner. Minimal wait time during clinic visits. I feel very comfortable and confident in Dr. Pillai as my Pulmonary Specialist.

Instills sound trust and patient confidence thru caring yet professional dialogue. Does what is best for patient, not her career or clinic.
